The order can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receipt.
The customer bears the shipping costs for the return process.
In the event that you receive a wrong or different product from the order, we will cover all costs of returning the product, provided that the product is in the same original condition in which it was received, without any damage or harm.
